Certifications
Certification means that products meet the minimum demands, laid down by the authorities of the relevant quality certificate. HQ Bonding B.V. is aware of the importance to have a certification for a number of products, as this recognition demonstrates that the products meet the basic requirements, especially to potential customers, who are not familiar with the products. However, this is only a solid technical basis, resulted from laboratory-tests of external institutes. Laboratory tests are carried out in a controlled environment, averse from all various items, which are not tested. In reality each project stands on it’s own and has to deal with different circumstances (wind load, type of façade, temperature, pre-treatment, air-humidity and dew-point). HQ Bonding B.V. will investigate the best possibilities for each individual project.
The products HQ Bond Uni and HQ Bond Stone has a KOMO – attest – with – product certificate.
What does KOMO mean?
‘For more than 50 years the KOMO label is the quality-certificate in the building industry. A KOMO quality declaration stands for independently tested quality based of objective standards. By having a KOMO certified product of process the customers can blindly rely on coping with the building resolution; A resolution laid down by market parties concerning bottom quality and specific quality-, performance-, and safety demands. This saves time consuming control on granting licences as well as on construction sites. Are you aware that almost 94% of the Dutch people knows KOMO? This makes the KOMO – certificate a symbol of reliability and confidence.’

KOMO attest-with-product certificate
‘For many products, the manufacturer prefers an attest-with-product certificate. In addition the performance requirements set by the regulations are assessed in conjuction with the application of the product in a building process, whereby the directions for use and assembling instructions are taken into account as well. This combined quality declaration contains , in comparison with an attest, also a declaration from the independent institute, that the supplied product is in accordance with the technical specification of the product, as stated in the quality declaration.’
